Excellent hour spent in Worthing beach with friends.  Even though the weather was a wee bit cloudy the Sauna is the perfect way to make your dip doable.  We went in and out 3 times and each time the cold sea got even nicer.  I had not been in since boxing day and it was fantastic! Super host as well. Yesterday, my boyfriend and I had the pleasure of enjoying the communal session and it was absolutely fantastic! The sauna was a real treat with a great heat and, to top it all off, the view was lovely!

The team was very welcoming, accommodating, and super friendly. We had a memorable experience and are already looking forward to our next visit.

Well that was really rather wonderful.  A clean cosy sauna which seated 6 of us perfectly.  Loved every second of it - the heat, the view, the dip in the sea and repeat. The sauna was fantastic. We hired it as a group of six and loved being able to take multiple dips in the sea with a relaxing sauna to warm up afterwards.

It’s our 5th time at the sauna and we still love it. Such a gorgeous view and such a great sauna. Staff lovely and friendly too :)
