Excellent hour spent in Worthing beach with friends. Even though the weather was a wee bit cloudy the Sauna is the perfect way to make your dip doable. We went in and out 3 times and each time the cold sea got even nicer. I had not been in since boxing day and it was fantastic! Super host as well. Thankyou! - I now see my beach experience in a whole new light - will be back.

Yesterday, my boyfriend and I had the pleasure of enjoying the communal session and it was absolutely fantastic! The sauna was a real treat with a great heat and, to top it all off, the view was lovely!
The team was very welcoming, accommodating, and super friendly. We had a memorable experience and are already looking forward to our next visit.

Well that was really rather wonderful. A clean cosy sauna which seated 6 of us perfectly. Loved every second of it - the heat, the view, the dip in the sea and repeat. An hour goes really quickly. Felt revived and wholesome afterwards. Will definitely book again. My sister declared it the best thing she’s done so far this year.

The sauna was fantastic. We hired it as a group of six and loved being able to take multiple dips in the sea with a relaxing sauna to warm up afterwards.

We absolutely love having this authentic wood fired sauna only a stroll from our house on the Worthing seafront. It is the most satisfying way to end a weekend with delicious views of the sea and sunset.
