We’ve the perfect way to ease into the weekend: our Thursday communal saunas. Running hourly throughout the afternoon, these sessions are the perfect 'start the weekend early' treat!

Starting at 12:00, with the final session at 18:00, you can drop in for a rejuvenating break, whether it’s a midday reset or an after-work unwind. A sauna beats a desk lunch any day!

🎓We love stumbling across research that proclaims the benefits of enjoying a regular sauna. We hear, anecdotally, from so many of you who tell us how your saunas enhance your health - both mentally and physically - but when a bunch of scientists also have the same findings, it’s an extra bonus!

Finnish scientists found that regular sauna bathing offers numerous health benefits, including:

Our women’s sessions book up quickly so if you’re keen to try one - or know someone who is - you can book quite some way in advance on the website (currently up until the end of March). Typically we have one on Friday at 19.00, and then on Saturday and Sunday at 11.00.
