Trying something new can feel a little nerve-wracking so if you haven’t visited our seaside sauna yet be reassured that we’re a super welcoming bunch and our main goal is simple: relaxation.

There aren’t many rules, but here are a few essentials to bring for the best experience:

✨ Towel – One to sit on, and maybe a second to dry off with if you’re dipping in the sea.
🩱 Swimwear – Required for community sauna sessions. Private bookings? Up to you inside the sauna, but please cover up when outside.
🩴 Beach shoes – Totally optional, but great if you’re not a fan of pebbles or fancy a stroll to the water.
💦 Water – Stay hydrated! Sauna sessions can be a sweaty business.

😇Children welcome - bring the whole family from age 5 up (when accompanied by an adult).
🔖6 for 5 pass - if you’re a regular sauna user, why not save with our special pass which gives you one free sauna for every five!
🌈Sauna hats - we now offer sauna hats in four fabulous colours: cream, slate grey, sea green or red. Priced at £25, you can even have your name embroidered on it!
🌿Face masks and body scrub - choose one of our optional add-ons, either a face mask (with mint, green tea and aloe vera) or an invigorating salt scrub (with lavender, lemon, geranium, rosemary, frankincense, peppermint, and lemongrass). Each are priced at £3.50.
