We have some exciting changes to tell you about that we hope you'll all welcome!

🐚Firstly, we are extending our hours and running 9am to 8pm (so last booking at 7pm) on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, offering four community sessions a day, at 9am, 11am, 5pm and 7pm. Private sessions available around these.

🌊Secondly, due to popular demand, we've now got some women's sessions! These will alternate between Fridays at 7pm and Saturday at 11am, as well as every Sunday at 11am.

✨And if all this wasn't exciting enough, we will also be running both May bank holiday Mondays, with a women's slot at 9am, and communals at 11am, 5pm and 7pm!

Trying new things can sometimes be daunting so if

Trying new things can sometimes be daunting so if you've not been to our lovely sauna before, fear not! Not only are we a friendly bunch, but the main aim is to relax, so our 'rules' are pretty non-existent.

However there are a few things you'll need to bring with you to make your sauna more enjoyable:

✨Towel - you will want to bring two, as you'll need something to sit on, and then something to dry yourself with (especially if you go for a dip).
🩱Swimwear - community sauna guests will need to wear swimwear whilst using the sauna. If it's a private session, you can go without in the sauna but will need to cover up on exiting.
🩴Beach shoes - not for everyone, but those of us who are more sensitive to the pebbles, and want to walk to the water do prefer flipflops / slides / old trainers.
💦Water - having a sauna can be dehydrating, so do bring a bottle of water with you (of course, we also have plenty to keep you hydrated).
